We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, or you may choose store credit.
Please note the following final sale items:
- Earrings, for hygienic reasons
- Personal care items (e.g., lip balm, perfume, body oils)
- Limited edition and sale items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGE, BREAKAGE & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We inspect all items carefully before they reach the shelf, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
- If an item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please return it within 7 days for exchange or store credit.
- If an item breaks due to a manufacturing fault (not wear and tear), bring it in for review.
- We assess these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair solution.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not eligible for return or exchange.

- We offer special orders on select items - just ask us!
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering.
- Arrival times vary based on the item and supplier, and we’ll always provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
